My appointment was on time which is important to me. The optometrist was friendly and clearly explained the various options regarding the different types of contact lenses I could try to improve the vision I get with my current prescription. He ordered a couple of pairs for me to trial which is really helpful.

Staff were helpful and informative unfortunately they also had to be very apologetic! On arrival I was told there was a 30 minute delay which finally ended up being 55 mins delay but only because I agreed to see a different consultant to the one I had specifically booked with. This was the same for other people, a woman's who sat next me said she had been in area one and three quarter hours. It would seem the appointment slots are not timed sufficiently. By the time I had sorted new frames I had wasted the whole afternoon.

I did not actually see an optometrist this time but I did spend time with Rebecca as she helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. She was extremely kind and 100% listened and understood what I wanted. I am really happy with my experience! Thank you!
